Monday is market day at Peschiera, a lovely town by Lago di Garda in Northern Italy [map here]. We spent a fabulous week or so in northern Italy on August of 2009, mostly in the Trentino-Alto Adige, Lombardy, and Veneto regions, visiting Trento, Verona, Venezia, Bolzano, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Mantova.
